🚚 Shipping and Returns
The time between payment/completion of the order and receipt of it at your address will depend on your geographic location and will always be a combination between production time and production time normal shipping:
Design creation time: 1 to 2 business days
Production time: 2 to 4 business days
Shipping time (with tracking number included*):
Mainland Portugal: 1 to 3 business days - €3.95
Madeira/Azores: 2 to 4 working days - €6.95
Spain: 3 to 5 working days - €5.95
Rest of Europe: 4 to 8 business days - €11.95
Our EU customers will not need to pay extra fees customs.

Returns:
We only accept returns that comply with our warranty.

All products are protected by a 1-year warranty (after collection by the customer).
If your personalization doesn't live up to what we promised, we'll reprint it or give you your money back. To do this, you simply need to return the product in the condition you received it!
Our warranty only covers plates that have any visible damage arising solely and exclusively from normal use of the product.

It has arrived in perfect condition. And with everything very well. The seller charmed me, the measurements were not appropriate, and he advised me to choose another size. Everything is excellent

excellent quality and service! I ordered 48 colors. The dirty tassels are very good. Thank you for attaching a separate sheet, a repeating design on the canvas, in order to find the right number if the canvas gets confused and is accidentally painted in the wrong color.
So far I have done half the work, but you can already see that it turns out as similar as possible to the initial photo. The only thing is that you will still have to edit it yourself, pick up paints, in order to detailly register the eyelashes, shadows under the nose and similar parts.
The paints are all fresh, in enough quantities. When I finish, I'll add the review.
